Ordering was okay in the end, actually, but the checkout felt a little slow. I had to go back and check my details twice, which was kind of annoying. The payment went through fine though, and the confirmation email showed up quickly. Not a bad experience, just something that could be smoother

The flowers turned up looking nice and they did last a fair few days, so no real complaints there. Delivery was fine too, nothing went wrong or anything. I just kind of feel like, for the money, they weren’t that much better than flowers I’ve had from other places. Like, they were good, but not “oh yeah, totally worth the extra cost” good. I’d maybe order again if there was a discount or some deal on.

I ordered roses specifically to arrive on Friday for a birthday, but they didn’t show up until Monday. At that point, the whole purpose was gone. It felt like a bait and switch, you think you’re paying for timely birthday flowers, but then they arrive days late and it’s just awkward and disappointing.
